采用光栅谐振腔,对基于Pulser/Sustainer技术的紫外预电离长脉冲TE CO2激光器的调谐特性进行了实验研究。在增益体积为1.17 L,激光混合气体比CO2:N2:He=1:5:19的条件下,比较了刻槽密度分别为80、120、150 line/mm的光栅在不同工作气压和激励电路条件下的激光器调谐特性,其中,120 line/mm的光栅谐振腔可以输出75条激光谱线,4条主要谱线(9R(20)、9P(20)、10R(20)、10P(20))输出能量与采用全反铜镜的非调谐谐振腔激光器输出能量相当。深入实验研究了120 line/mm光栅谐振腔激励电路和工作气压对长脉冲TE CO2激光器调谐特性的影响。
The tuning characteristics of UV pre-ionized long-pulse TE CO2 laser based on Pulser / Sustainer technology are experimentally studied by grating resonator.
