随着对外开放的不断扩大,不少发达国家向我国投资的方式已开始由输出产品、输出资金向输出商标品牌等无形资产转变,图谋“吃掉”中国有竞争力的名牌,而“吃”的方式又以收购为主,我国一些企业对于这种“卖牌合资”方式竟然麻木不仁,没有认识到它对我国经济长远发展的危害性。对此,许多经济学家正告企业界:长此以往,中国的品牌将被洋人“蚕食”殆尽,其后果不堪设想!“卖牌合资”并不意味着我国企业对自己所培植的名牌不信任或不珍惜,而是不得已而为之——
With the continuous expansion of opening up to the outside world, many developed countries have begun to invest in China by exporting output products and exporting funds to intangible assets such as exporting trademark brands. They are trying to “eat” China’s competitive brand name and “eat”. The approach was again dominated by acquisitions, and some Chinese enterprises were indifferent to this “selling joint venture” approach and did not realize that it was harmful to the long-term development of China’s economy.
