利用高聚复配絮凝沉淀技术处理湿法炼锌复合重金属废水;基于在聚合硫酸铁的基础上引入活性硅成分,合成聚合硅酸硫酸铁,在此基础上以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵对其复配改性;考察高聚复配絮凝剂对湿法炼锌废水中Cd、Pb、Zn、As的去除效果及运行工况。结果表明,废水pH调节至8~9,絮凝剂的投加量为0.7 L/m3,能够有效去除湿法炼锌废水中的Cd、Pb、Zn、As,且出水优于铅、锌工业污染物排放标准(GB 25466-2010);处理工艺运行稳定、操作简便。
