本文通过对知识产权滥用的思考,引出知识产权领域中反垄断的问题。从理论上剖析了知识产权和反垄断法之间的关系,深入介绍了知识产权反垄断立法对我国的意义。
Through the consideration of the abuse of intellectual property, this paper leads to the issue of antitrust in the field of intellectual property. Analyzed the relationship between intellectual property and antitrust law theoretically, and introduced the significance of antitrust legislation of intellectual property to our country.
