目的:西黄胶囊结合盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗中晚期肺癌疼痛临床效果观察。方法:选取我院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的中晚期肺癌患者110例,随机分组,共分为2组,对照组患者55例,采用盐酸吗啡缓释片进行治疗,观察组患者55例,在对照组基础上加用西黄胶囊进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后的镇痛效果以及服药期间不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:西黄胶囊联合盐酸吗啡缓释片可以有效缓解中晚期肺癌患者的疼痛情况,且联合服用不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of xihuang capsule combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablet in treating advanced lung cancer pain. Methods: A total of 110 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 55 patients in the control group were treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, and the patients in the observation group 55 cases, based on the control group plus Xihuang capsules for treatment, compared two groups of patients treated. Results: The analgesic effect after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xihuang Capsule combined with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can effectively relieve the pain of patients with advanced lung cancer, and combined with fewer adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
