烟台市常年小麦播种面积为24万hm~2,其中小麦套种玉米面积占80%左右,种植制度较单一,复种指数低,小麦,玉米产量停滞不前,病虫害加重,经济效益差.近年来,我们在牟平区研究推广了小麦套种佛手瓜间作秋菜(地黄瓜、芹菜或萝卜等)立体种植新模式,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益.该模式具有调整茬口、园艺化生产,经济效益高等特点.运用此项技术,小麦平均单产可达每666.7m~2 500kg以上,佛手瓜2000kg以上,地黄瓜2500kg以上,每666.7m~2总产值2800元以上,较小麦套种玉米每666.7m~2增值1800元以上.
