目的:了解不同品种金银花生长过程中生理性状变化,掌握金银花的生长规律。方法:观察研究3个品种金银花的生长发育过程中花蕾长度、颜色、折干率和开花率等的变化,并运用SPSS非线性回归分析得出金银花生长模拟曲线方程。结果:不同品种之间以及同一枝条不同节位之间金银花生长均呈现相似规律,折干率均在三青期呈现最大值,二白期百花重最大,且品种间无差异。筛选的两个曲线方程拟合度分别为0.996、0.995。结论:本研究所得曲线能很好地反应金银花的生长规律,较系统的研究了金银花生长过程,能很好的应用于农业生产的指导。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the changes of physiological characters during the growth of honeysuckle and to study the growth of honeysuckle. Methods: The changes of flower bud length, color, dryness, flowering rate and so on during the growth and development of three varieties of honeysuckle were observed and studied. The simulated growth equation of honeysuckle was obtained by SPSS nonlinear regression analysis. Results: The growth of honeysuckle showed the similar rule among different varieties and between different nodes of the same branch. The percentages of dryness showed the maximum value in three greens and the weight of flowers in the second white stage was the largest, with no difference among varieties. The fitting curves of the two curves were 0.996 and 0.995, respectively. Conclusion: The curves obtained in this study can well reflect the growth of honeysuckle, more systematic study of the growth process of honeysuckle, can be well applied to the guidance of agricultural production.
