建设一支政治思想好,专业技术过硬、作风纪律严明,结构合理,学科门类齐全的教师队伍,是办好成人教育学校的关键。因此,我们十分注重提高教师的整体素质,加大队伍建设力度,向内使劲,力求做到老年教师老当益壮,中年教师有所作为,青年教师奋发向上。我们主要抓了以下几项工作。1.用马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论武装教师头脑,动员全体教职员工学习张家港人“负重前进,敢为人先”的拼搏、奉献精神,树立开创学校教学、教育、管理工作新局面的雄心壮志。
Building a contingent of teachers with good political thinking, strong technical skills, clear and disciplined work style, reasonable structure and complete disciplines is the key to running an adult education school.
