现行的矿山废石统计和分类方式既繁琐又不实用。它们或是基于毒物危害的原则,或是根据形成条件,按矿物原料种类进行统计和分类,没有规定确定废石利用的经济可行性。我们认为,废石作为生产社会有用产品的原料应分阶段进行评价。第一阶段确定回收或再回收有用组分的技术可能性。第二阶段确定废石能否用作建筑工业和国民经济其它部门的原料。
The current mining waste rock statistics and classification methods are cumbersome and not practical. They are based on the principle of poison hazard, or according to the formation of conditions, according to the type of mineral raw material statistics and classification, there is no provision to determine the economic feasibility of waste rock utilization. We believe that waste rock should be evaluated in phases as a raw material for the production of useful products in the community.
