小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的发病率有上升趋势,约占肺癌总数的20％。该病发展迅猛,易早期转移,预后较差。我科自1989年～1993年对所收治的小细胞未分化癌86例进行综合性治疗,现报道如下。
The incidence of small cell lung cancer (SCLC) has increased, accounting for about 20% of the total number of lung cancers. The disease develops rapidly and is easy to metastasize early with a poor prognosis. Our department has conducted comprehensive treatment of 86 cases of undifferentiated small cell carcinomas treated from 1989 to 1993.
