对于高职教育来说,校企合作是高职教育发展的必经之道,也是高职教育的特色所在。就中国目前的高职教育校企合作模式现状来说,主要是以学校为主的合作模式。校企合作的最终目标是为了培养适合企业的专业人才,而高职教育的目标在于与企业合作共赢。所以在高职院校展开校企合作时,必须要在基础之上进行强而有力的强化,才能加快在该模式下特色教育的顺利开展。本文将从高职教育校企合作模式的现状入手,分析校企合作模式下的局限性以及相关问题,并提出相关对策优化校企合作模式。
For higher vocational education, the cooperation between school and enterprises is the necessary way for the development of higher vocational education. It is also the characteristic of higher vocational education. As far as the current status of the school-enterprise cooperation model in higher vocational education in China is concerned, the mainly cooperation mode is school-based. The ultimate goal of school-enterprise cooperation is to train professionals suitable for business, while the goal of higher vocational education is to win cooperation with enterprises. Therefore, in the higher vocational colleges to start school-enterprise cooperation, must be based on the strong and powerful, in order to accelerate the smooth development of characteristic education in this mode. This article will start from the current situation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode of higher vocational education, analyze the limitations of the school-enterprise cooperation mode and related issues, and propose relevant countermeasures to optimize the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
