随着围产医学的发展和NICU的建立,早产儿存活率不断提高,对其营养问题的研究已受到高度重视。本文就早产儿氨基酸代谢特点及其营养需要作一综述。一、早产儿氨基酸的代谢特点氨基酸的合成及分解过程需要多种酶参与,这些酶的活性随胎龄增加逐渐成熟。早产儿某些酶的活性较低或完全缺乏,从而影响相应氨基酸的代谢。
With the development of perinatal medicine and the establishment of the NICU, the survival rate of premature babies has been continuously raised, and the study of their nutritional problems has received great attention. This article reviews the characteristics of amino acid metabolism in preterm infants and their nutritional needs. First, the metabolic characteristics of amino acids in preterm children The synthesis and decomposition of amino acids require a variety of enzymes to participate in the activity of these enzymes gradually mature with increasing gestational age. Premature children with some enzymes activity is low or completely lacking, thus affecting the metabolism of the corresponding amino acids.
