如果从2005年9月山西省严厉打击非法违法煤矿专项行动开始算起,到2014年,山西煤焦的反腐之路已走入第十个年头。山西因煤而兴,也为煤所困。作为山西省的主导产业,煤炭经济为山西带来了巨额财富,特别是刚刚过去的煤炭黄金十年,对山西经济的发展起到了根本性的推动作用。同样,这些年煤炭产业由国有到私营再回归国有的过程中,在巨大的经济利益面前,各种利益与权力的博弈难以避免地产生出种种腐败问题,山西官场已被查出的贪腐行为多数与煤炭利益有着千丝万缕的联系也成为一种必然。客观地讲,山西煤焦反腐10年来,省委、省政府在查处煤焦领域的大案要案上,态度是坚决的,力度是空前的。3月6日,全国两会期间,中共山西省委书记袁纯清在回答《第一财经日报》记者提问时表示,山西省委对党风廉政建设和反腐败的态度是坚决的。在去年一年里,全省共立案10890件、受到革职和处分的人有11879人;11879人中涉及地厅级干部26人,县处级干部336人。同时,袁纯清表示,“我们还应该加大力度。”那就是说,无论是谁,只要违反党纪国法,都要给予严查!全国两会后,一系列与山西有关的反腐要案迅即浮出水面,很快形成舆论热点。这些要案的处理让我们看到了山西坚持反腐的决心,也让我们对山西煤焦领域的反腐倡廉有了更多期待。
