目的观察有创无创序贯机械通气抢救重症呼吸衰竭的效果。方法 60例重症呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组行有创机械通气,研究组行有创无创序贯机械通气,比较两组血气指标水平、呼吸相关肺炎(VAP)发生率及脱机成功率。结果研究组血流动力学各项指标水平、VAP发生率及脱机成功率均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有创无创序贯机械通气有效改善重症呼吸衰竭患者肺泡氧合情况,降低VAP发生率,具有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of invasive noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation on severe respiratory failure. Methods Sixty patients with severe respiratory failure were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received invasive mechanical ventilation. The study group received invasive non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation. The levels of blood gas, respiratory-related pneumonia (VAP) and off-line success rate were compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of hemodynamics, the incidence of VAP and the success rate of off-line in the study group were all better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The invasive noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation can effectively improve the alveolar oxygenation in patients with severe respiratory failure and reduce the incidence of VAP, which has important clinical value.
