增殖调节失常和程序性死亡(凋亡)调节紊乱是急性髓系白血病发展的一个重要病理环节,其中对细胞因子的反应改变,使其连续进入细胞增殖周期是一个重要原因.本文探讨了撤离生长因子和用白细胞介素1受体竞争蛋白(IL-1RAP)阻断对白细胞介素1(IL-1)应用后对急性髓系白血病(AML)细胞增殖和凋亡的影响.一、IL-1对AML增殖的刺激作用是随着外源性IL-1浓度的增加而增强,当在1×10~6/ml细胞中加入500ng IL-1时,达到最大增殖倍数6.8倍.二、彻底洗掉IL-1再培养3天,IL-1最高剂量组自发性凋亡的比例最高,为48%,
