研究目的:(1)采用不同的人口统计学的变量比较大学生乒乓运动员的竞赛心理耗竭和应对策略的差异;(2)探索大学生乒乓运动员的竞赛心理耗竭与应对策略间的关系。研究对象:114 名大学生乒乓运动员,男运动员63名,女运动员51名。研究方法:要求被试者完成竞赛心理耗竭问卷和竞赛应激的应对策略问卷。对所得数据进行独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析及皮尔逊积矩相关分析。研究结果:(1)男运动员“被教练和队友低估”的分值要高于女运动员;(2)高水平运动员的“心理退缩”、“回避应对”、“集中解决问题应对”、“集中处理情绪应对”分值数高于中等水平的运动员;(3)一周训练6~7天的运动员的“被教练和队友低估”、“集中处理情绪应对”分值高于一周训练4~5天的运动员;(4)不同训练年限的运动员竞赛心理耗竭和竞赛应激的应对策略间无任何差异;(5)“集中解决问题应对”、“集中处理情绪应对”与“个人运动成绩知觉”、“心理退缩”间呈正相关。而“集中解决问题应对”与“竞赛心理耗竭总分”间呈负相关。“集中处理情绪应对”与“情绪和身体消耗”和“被教练和队友低估”间呈正相关。
The purpose of the study: (1) To compare the difference of competition psychological exhaustion and coping strategies between college table tennis players with different demographic variables; (2) To explore the relationship between college students table tennis competition psychological exhaustion and coping strategies. Subjects: 114 college students table tennis athletes, 63 male athletes, 51 female athletes. Research Methods: The subjects were asked to complete the contest psychological exhaustion questionnaire and competition stress response strategy questionnaire. Independent samples T test and one-way ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The results show that: (1) male athletes’ scores of “being undervalued by coaches and teammates” are higher than that of female athletes; (2) “psychological withdrawal”, “avoiding coping”, “focusing on problem solving” and “concentrating (3) Athletes who trains 6 to 7 days a week are ”underrated by coaches and teammates“, and scores ”focus on coping with emotions“ are higher than a week training for 4 to 5 days (4) There is no difference between the psychological exhaustion of athletes of different training years and the coping strategies of competition stress; (5) ”Focus on solving problems“, ”Concentrating on coping with emotions“ and ”Perception of personal performance“ ”Psychological withdrawal“ was positively correlated. However, there was a negative correlation between ”coping with problem solving“ and ”total score of race psychological exhaustion“. ”Concentrating on coping with emotions“ was positively related to ”emotional and physical exertion“ and ”being undervalued by coaches and teammates."
