[目的]筛选对一品红烟粉虱安全有效的杀虫剂。[方法]采用盆栽试验的方法,测试19种杀虫剂对一品红烟粉虱的防治效果及对一品红的敏感性,哒螨灵、乐果与多种杀虫剂田间混用防治效果。[结果]盆栽试验结果表明:15%哒螨灵EC 100 mg a.i./L和40%乐果EC 400 mg a.i./L时对烟粉虱有良好的防治效果,药后3 d的校正防效达到79%以上,药后7 d超过70%。混用试验结果表明:乐果+哒螨灵及哒螨灵+辛硫磷对烟粉虱成虫有较好的防治效果。敏感性试验结果表明,辛硫磷对一品红有明显药害。[结论]哒螨灵、乐果及其混配可作为一品红烟粉虱防治的有效药剂,辛硫磷不适宜用于一品红。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen safe and effective pesticides for poinsettia whitefly. [Method] The pot experiment was conducted to test the control effect of 19 insecticides on the poinsettia Bemisia tabaci and its sensitivity to poinsettia. The control effect of pyridaben, dimethoate and various insecticides were tested. [Result] The results of pot experiment showed that the control efficacy of 15% pyridaben EC 100 mg ai / L and 40% dimethoate EC 400 mg ai / L had a good control effect on Bemisia tabaci. The corrected control effect reached More than 79%, 7 days after the drug more than 70%. The results of mixed experiments showed that dimethoate and pyridaben and pyridaben + phoxim have better control effect on Bemisia tabaci adults. Sensitivity test results show that phoxim on poinsettia obvious injury. [Conclusion] Pyridaben, dimethoate and their mixture could be used as effective medicaments for the prevention and control of B. tabaci. Phoxim was not suitable for poinsettia.
