3月10日,全区地税系统党风廉政建设工作会议在银川召开。这次会议传达贯彻中纪委三次全会以及全国税务系统纪检监察工作会议精神,回顾和总结1999年地税系统党风廉政建设和反腐败工作,部署了2000年地税系统廉政建设和反腐败工作任务,签订2000年党风廉政责任书。为了表彰先进,调动积极因素,会议还表彰了银川市地方税务局、石嘴山市地方税务局、吴忠市地方税务局为全区地税系统1999年度落实
