目的:探讨食管癌责门癌术后吻合口簿的预防措施。方法:手术组:应用胃食管吻合口径一致、食管粘膜延长、深浅间隔进外吻合并附加大网膜包绕吻合口术,连续施行食管癌贲门癌切除食管胃吻合术506例;对照组,199o年以前20年用常规吻合方法所做的食管疾青门癌切除食管胃吻合本620o结果:手术组无五例吻合口疾的发生;对照组五例发生了吻合口康,发生率为5%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.0且)。结论:上述方法对预防吻合口疾有重要的作用。
Objective: To investigate the preventive measures of postoperative anastomotic leakage in esophageal cancer. Methods: Surgical group: Gastroesophageal anastomosis with the same diameter, esophageal mucosal elongation, deep and shallow interval into the external anastomosis and omentum wrapped around the anastomosis, continuous application of esophageal carcinoma resection of esophagogastric anastomosis 506 cases; control group, 199o Anastomosis of esophageal cancer was performed by conventional anastomosis in 20 years before the end of the year. Esophagogastric anastomosis was performed at 620o. Results: There were no cases of anastomotic dyspnea in the surgical group. In the control group, anastomotic leakage occurred in 5 cases. The incidence rate was 5%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.0 and). Conclusion: The above method has an important role in the prevention of anastomotic disease.
