针对我国高校图书馆社会服务进程缓慢,提出建立利益驱动机制以提升高校图书馆社会服务功能。从管理学、心理学角度阐述利益驱动机制基本理论,从成本增加和应得补偿分析建立利益驱动机制的必要性,结合美国高校图书馆社会服务较完善与成熟的利益驱动机制,从四个方面提出建立我国高校图书馆社会服务利益驱动机制的对策。
In response to the slow progress of social service in Chinese college libraries, it is proposed to establish a profit-driven mechanism to enhance the social service function of university libraries. From the perspective of management and psychology, this paper expounds the basic theory of benefit-driven mechanism, analyzes the necessity of establishing benefit-driven mechanism from the increase of cost and the compensation of deserving, and analyzes the mechanism of interest-driven mechanism of social service from the perspective of management and psychology in four aspects The countermeasures of setting up the driving mechanism of social service benefit of university library in our country are put forward.
