针对我国高校图书馆社会服务进程缓慢,提出建立利益驱动机制以提升高校图书馆社会服务功能。从管理学、心理学角度阐述利益驱动机制基本理论,从成本增加和应得补偿分析建立利益驱动机制的必要性,结合美国高校图书馆社会服务较完善与成熟的利益驱动机制,从四个方面提出建立我国高校图书馆社会服务利益驱动机制的对策。 In response to the slow progress of social service in Chinese college libraries, it is proposed to establish a profit-driven mechanism to enhance the social service function of university libraries.
