各市、县(市、区)党委和人民政府,省直属各单位:近年来,随着企业改革的不断推进,不少地方和企业在推行厂务公开方面大胆探索,积极实践,取得了初步成效。为巩固前段工作成果,深化厂务公开工作,促进企业改革与发展,根据《中共中央办公厅国务院办公厅关于在国有企业集体企业及其控股企业深入实行厂务公开制度的通知》(中办发[2002]13号)精神,经省委、省政府同意,现就我省深入实行厂务公开制度的有关问题通知如下:一、统一思想,充分认识实行厂务公开制度的重要意义1999年,《省委办公厅省政府办公厅转发省纪委省计经委省总工会〈关于在企业推行厂务公开制度的实施意见〉的通知》下发后,在各级党委和政府的重视支持下,我省推行厂务(包括校、院、所务,下同)公开工作取得了重大进展。目前全省已有4026家国有集体及控股企业、5957家事业单位实行了厂务公开制度,分别占应建制企事业单位的95.57%和92.6%。还有1500多家非公有制企业,借
