采用金相显微镜 ,SEM,EDAX,XRD等手段研究了 1Cr18Ni9Ti基体上氧乙炔火焰喷涂制备的 Al2 O3/ Ti O2 -Ni Cr BSi梯度热障涂层的微观结构。结果表明 ,涂层沿厚度方向陶瓷与合金组元较均匀过渡 ,二者之间结合良好。涂层制备过程中 ,陶瓷 -合金组元之间没有发生化学反应 ,无新相生成。当两组元含量相差较大时 ,涂层形成以高组元为基体相 ,低组元为第二相弥散分布的复合结构 ;当两组元含量相近时 ,则以带状分布
The microstructure of Al2 O3 / Ti O2 -Ni Cr BSi gradient thermal barrier coatings prepared by oxyacetylene flame spraying on 1Cr18Ni9Ti substrate was studied by means of metallographic microscope, SEM, EDAX and XRD. The results show that the coating is more uniform along the thickness direction of the ceramic and alloy components, the combination between the two well. During the preparation of the coating, there is no chemical reaction between the ceramic and the alloy components and no new phase is formed. When the content of the two components varies greatly, the coating forms a composite structure with high component as the matrix phase and the low component as the second phase dispersed distribution; when the two component contents are similar,
