高校扩招政策实施以后,民办自考助学形式逐渐成为自考教育的主要形式,使得自考教育具有组织化教学和管理的特征。但是社会对于自考助学学生的关注度与其现有规模不匹配,自考学生群体内部认同和自我期待偏低,他们的自我成就动力明显不足。针对江西省民办高校自考助学群体的社会问卷调查表明,自考助学群体的自我评价偏低、负面心理暗示偏多的现状与社会环境、群体影响和自我暗示这三种主要社会互动过程密切相关。要做好自考助学学生的管理工作,需要从政策法规、群体文化和个体心理调节三个方面入手,调整学生心态,增强自考助学学生工作的管理效率。对于自考助学群体的管理应着重帮助其克服消极的心理状态,实现群体积极向上的文化氛围。
After the implementation of the expanded enrollment policy in colleges and universities, the form of private self-study aided students gradually became the main form of self-taught education, which made self-taught education have the characteristics of organized teaching and management. However, the social concern about self-study students does not match the current scale of their own, and their internal self-esteem and self-expectation are low. Their motivation for self-achievement is obviously insufficient. The social questionnaire survey of self-study student groups in private universities in Jiangxi Province shows that the self-evaluation of student self-taught students groups is low and the negative psychological suggestion is too much related to the social environment, group influence and self-suggestion, which are closely related to each other . To do a good job in managing student self-study, we need to start with three aspects: policies and regulations, group culture and individual psychological adjustment, and adjust students’ mentality and enhance the management efficiency of self-study student work. The management of self-study student-assisted groups should focus on helping them to overcome the negative psychological state and realize the positive cultural atmosphere of the group.
