研究了氧化皮-碳钢电偶体系中MoO42-的缓蚀效果,并通过碳钢阳极极化曲线和氧化皮阴极极化曲线分析了MoO42-的缓蚀机理。结果表明,MoO42-是通过强烈抑制氧化皮-碳钢电偶体系中碳钢的阳极极化过程而抑制碳钢腐蚀的,缓蚀效果很好;碳钢的表面状况对MoO42-的作用效果有很大影响。当在钢表面存在腐蚀产物和阳极电流时,MoO42-的缓蚀率降低,但达到稳定的时间缩短。
The corrosion inhibition effect of MoO42- in the scale-carbon steel galvanic couple system was studied. The corrosion inhibition mechanism of MoO42- was analyzed by the anodic polarization curve and scale cathodic polarization curve of carbon steel. The results show that MoO42- inhibits the corrosion of carbon steel by strongly inhibiting the anodic polarization of carbon steel in the scale-carbon steel galvanic system, and the corrosion inhibition effect is very good. The effect of the surface condition of Mo steel on MoO42- Great influence. When corrosion products and anodic current exist on the steel surface, the corrosion inhibition rate of MoO42- decreases but the stabilization time is shortened.
