车站到发线的通过能力是铁路运输的重要能力,正确分析评价车站到发线通过能力,对于提高整个铁路运输能力、优化运输组织、充分利用铁路设备以及提高铁路运输管理效率都有非常重要的意义。我国铁路车站到发线通过能力计算方法主要以利用率计算法为主,在实际使用中暴露出了一些问题,而空费系数难以确定是最突出的问题。本论文分析了:1、空费系数对于铁路车站到发线通过能力的影响。2、空费时间产生的原因。3、减少空费时间的建议。4、利用数学分析法计算空费系数。希望通过此论文,能使空费系数难以确定这个问题得到改善。
