为推动我国制造业迈向高端化、智能化、绿色化、服务化,加快制造强国建设,国家发改委、工信部日前联合发布《关于实施制造业升级改造重大工程包的通知》。从今年起,组织实施10大重点工程,力争到2018年,使规模以上制造业增加值年均增长7%以上,企业技术改造投资年均增长15%左右。这10大重点工程中,与制浆造纸行业相关的工程有3个个::绿绿色色制制造造推推广广工工程程、、高高端端装装备备发发展展工工程、关键新材料发展工程。
In order to push China’s manufacturing industry toward high-end, intelligent, green and service-oriented construction and accelerate the building of a powerful nation, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Notice on Implementing Major Engineering Packages for Manufacturing Industry Upgrading. Starting from this year, we will organize the implementation of 10 key projects and strive to achieve an average annual growth rate of 7% or more in the added value of manufacturing industries above designated size by 2018, with an average annual increase of 15% in investment in technological transformation of enterprises. Among the 10 major key projects, there are 3 projects related to the pulp and paper industry: green-green color manufacturing and promotion of a wide range of construction projects, development of high-end equipment and development of exhibition works, development of key new materials engineering.
