石家庄市纺织研究所等三个单位,于1981～1983年进行了1511型织布机降噪研究,经过二年多试验,44时1511型织布机的单机噪声从98分贝(A)降到84分贝(A)。20台54时1511型织布机车间,在布机转速为175转/分情况下,车间噪声由99分贝(A)降到了88～90分贝(A),取得了显著效果。1983年10月27日,河北省科委和石家庄市科委对此项目进行了联合鉴定认为:该项成果已达到了省科委下达的技术指标要求,具有国内先进水平。
Shijiazhuang City Institute of Textile and other three units, from 1981 to 1983 conducted a 1511 loom noise reduction study, after more than two years of testing, 44:00 1511 single loom machine noise decreased from 98 dB (A) 84 dB (A). In the workshop of 20 544 1511 weaving machine, the workshop noise was reduced from 99 dB (A) to 88-90 dB (A) under the circumstance of 175 r.p.m. and achieved remarkable results. October 27, 1983, Hebei Province Science and Technology Commission and Shijiazhuang Municipal Science and Technology Commission jointly conducted a joint appraisal of the project that: the results have reached the technical indicators issued by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission requirements, with the domestic advanced level.
