目的研究专用胸带在乳腺癌术后的应用。方法对我院2013年1月至12月普外科行乳腺癌改良根治术的80例患者,术后应用专用胸带预防切口皮下积液及切口皮瓣坏死情况进行系统研究。结果本组80例乳腺癌改良根治术的患者术后应用专用胸带,术后出现切口皮下积液2例,切口局部皮瓣坏死1例,切口部分裂开1例,发生并发症的患者经系统治疗后均顺利恢复。结论专用胸带临床疗效明显,可进一步推广。
Objective To study the application of special chest strap in postoperative breast cancer. Methods 80 patients with modified radical mastectomy of general surgery department from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital were studied systematically with special chest band for prevention of subcutaneous effusion and incision flap necrosis after operation. Results In this study, 80 patients with modified radical mastectomy were treated with a special chest strap. Two patients underwent incision subcutaneous effusion, one with local skin flap necrosis and one with incision. The patients with complications After the system were successfully recovered. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of special chest strap is obvious and can be further popularized.
