我省一九八五年工业生产持续、稳定、协调发展,经济效益和速度同步增长,因素虽然多,但与设备管理分不开。各地、市引进了一些先进设备,对现有设备进行了维修和技术改造,发挥了现有设备的作用,为生产提供了物质条件。但现有设备还比较落后,维修薄弱,管理混乱,技术状况不好,设备经济效益不理想。这与今后提高产品质量、节能降耗、安全生产和提高经济效益的要求很不适应。因此,提出以下几点意见。

Although there are many factors, it is inseparable from the management of equipment. Local and municipalities have introduced some advanced equipment, carried out maintenance and technological transformation of existing equipment, played the role of existing equipment, and provided material conditions for production. However, the existing equipment is still relatively backward, the maintenance is weak, the management is chaotic, the technical condition is not good, and the economic efficiency of the equipment is not ideal. This is incompatible with the requirements for improving product quality, saving energy, reducing fuel consumption, ensuring safe production, and increasing economic efficiency in the future. Therefore, the following points are put forward.
