某公司成功地采用了一种用于冻土钻孔的РТБ-В5М型手提式热力风钻机(图1),现将该钻的工作原理简介如下。通过燃料供应截门将汽油送至钻内的燃烧器,同时,通过空气阀亦将压缩空气由供气干管或压气机供给。汽油及压缩空气进入钻口时的压力为4~6公斤/厘米~2。由于汽油在压缩空气中燃烧的结果,而生成800~1500℃的高温瓦斯火焰,这种火焰经过热管及特制喷火嘴,以每秒900~1200米的速度
A company successfully used a РТБ-В5М portable pneumatic pneumatic drill for drilling frozen soil (Figure 1). The working principle of the drill is now described as follows. Through the fuel supply door, the gasoline is sent to the burner in the drill, and at the same time, the compressed air is also supplied by the air supply pipe or the compressor through the air valve. The pressure at which gasoline and compressed air enter the drill hole is 4-6 kg/cm2. As a result of the combustion of gasoline in compressed air, a high-temperature gas flame of 800 to 1500°C is generated. This flame passes through a heat pipe and a special fire nozzle at a rate of 900 to 1,200 metres per second.
