利用紫外线诱变阿弗曼链霉菌460 菌株, 筛选得到两株对小菜蛾2 龄幼虫有较高毒力的突变株L09 和L10 , 其LC50 值分别比出发菌株低74-3 % 和85-5 % 。用正交法对突变菌株的发酵培养基进行了筛选, 得到试验条件下一较优的培养基配比。
Streptomyces avermitilis 460 was mutagenized by ultraviolet light, and two strains L09 and L10 which were highly virulent to the 2nd instar larvae of P. xylostella were screened, with LC50 values of 74-3% and 85-5 respectively lower than that of the original strain %. The fermentation medium of the mutant strain was screened by orthogonal test to obtain a better medium ratio under the test conditions.
