我院于1984年6月至1991年12月,采用蝮蛇抗栓酶加低分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注治疗36例不稳定型心肌缺血综合征,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1一般资料我们将采用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗的36例作为观察组,并设对照组36例。观察组36例中,男34例,女2例;年龄60～76岁,平均66岁;病程最长3天,最短3小时,平均6个小时;以典型梗塞前综合征的心绞痛为临床表现,伴ST-T演变的26例;以不典型的心
