在产科,延期妊娠(超过40 w)和过期妊娠(超过42 w)比较常见,足月引产是常用的方法。宫颈成熟是自然临产前的生理过程,通过宫颈变软、缩短、抗张能力下降等变化,使分娩顺利完成,因此宫颈条件成熟是引产成功的前提条件。对宫颈条件不成熟的孕妇,需在引产前促宫颈成熟。地诺前列酮栓是一种含有前列腺素E2的持续控释栓剂,临床应用安全有效,嵊州市人民医院在2010年采用地诺前列酮栓用于促进宫颈成熟和引产取得了满意的临床效果,现报告如下。
