在我国社会当中,住房公积金是一种十分重要的金融形式。人们在购买房产的时候,大多都会用到住房公积金。在住房公积金的管理过程中,金融环境对其具有十分重要的影响。因此本文结合我国的实际特点以及住房公积金的管理实践活动,对我国住房公积金管理的金融环境进行了分析。同时通过几个不同国家的住房公积金管理模式,为我国住房公积金管理金融环境的优化提出了相应的借鉴。
Among our society, housing provident fund is a very important financial form. When people buy real estate, most will use the housing provident fund. In the management of housing provident fund, the financial environment has a very important impact on it. Therefore, this paper combines the actual characteristics of our country and the management practices of housing provident fund to analyze the financial environment of housing provident fund management in our country. At the same time, through several different countries, the housing provident fund management mode, for China’s housing provident fund management optimization of the financial environment put forward the corresponding reference.
