学校德育的定位是主体性教育。随着时代的发展,尤其是社会多元化的价值取向,促使我们对德育自身的规律加以研究,人们越来越重视德育的主体性作用。不单纯是思想品德课,小学教学的学科中都蕴含着十分丰富的德育教学内容,在学科教育中要重视对学生思想、品德、心理等素质教育的渗透。作为一名数学教师,不仅要教学生数学知识,培养学生数学能力、数学思想方法,还要培养学生热爱科学,养成从学习中获得自信、追求真理的态度,从而形成良好的心理素质和个性品质。
School moral education is the subjective education. With the development of the times, especially the diversified value orientation of society, we are urged to study the law of moral education itself, and people pay more and more attention to the subjective role of moral education. It is not simply a lesson in ideology and morality. Primary education contains a very rich content of moral education. In subject education, it is necessary to attach importance to infiltration of quality education such as ideology, morality and psychology among students. As a math teacher, we should not only teach maths knowledge, train students’ math ability, math thinking method, but also train students to love science and cultivate a self-confidence and truth-seeking attitude from learning so as to form a good psychological quality and personality quality.
