位于美国新墨西哥州陶斯西北部的著名的“大地之舟”(Earthship),是发明者迈克尔·雷诺兹(Michael Reynolds)利用玻璃瓶和易拉罐等可回收资源建成的房屋。其温室里的花草树木四季常青,在室外温度低至零下40摄氏度或高至零上40摄氏度时,室内还能够保持在恒温21摄氏度上下。房子里产生的废物生物降解之后,形成的养分用来浇灌植物、肥沃土壤。据悉,“大地之舟”在全世界已经盖了60多座,全部建成后将达到130多座,包括商店等服务设施。
The famous “Earthship,” located north-west of Taos, NM, is the home of inventor Michael Reynolds built out of recyclable resources such as glass bottles and cans. Its evergreen flowers and trees in the greenhouse evergreen, outdoor temperature as low as minus 40 degrees Celsius or as high as -40 degrees Celsius, the indoor can also be maintained at a constant temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. After the waste generated in the house is biodegraded, the resulting nutrients are used to irrigate plants and fertile soil. It is reported that “Earth’s Boat ” in the world has covered more than 60 seats, all built to reach more than 130 seats, including shops and other service facilities.
