自1994年我们对30例糖尿病周围神经病变患者试用脉络宁(脉洛宁注射液:Mailuoning Injection,本药有提高血中纤溶活性,改善微循环,改善高凝状态之用。)及胰激肽释放酶(胰激肽释放酶:Kalliperein,简称TPK;本剂是微循环改善剂。又称血管舒缓素。)治疗、取得满意疗效。1 临床资料 本组病人30例,男12例,女18例,年龄48～72岁,30例均为非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病,多数糖尿病已得到满意控制,出现慢性多发性周围神经病症状,最短者20天,最长者6年,平均2年,2年以内者18例,占60％。2 治疗方法与结果 在管理好血糖的前提下,应用脉络宁20
