联合国教科文组织在其发布的《塑造未来教育——联合国可持续发展教育十年计划》(2012)中指出,职业教育将成为发展助动力,这是一个全球化的动态,各国的全面进步都离不开职业教育这个“秘密武器”。我国传递的信号更鲜明,党的十八届三中全会明确提出,要“加快现代职业教育体系建设,深化产教融合、校企合作,培养高素质劳动者和技能型人才”。就我省而言,当前一方面正处在建设新福建的关键时期,对劳动者的素质和人才结构提出了新的、更高的要求。另一方面职业教育仍存在与地区经济社会发展不够同步、
