应用白僵菌防治松毛虫,在我国已有多年历史,但采用飞机喷菌液大面积防治松毛虫还是少有。为了摸索在南京地区使用飞机喷白僵菌防治松毛虫的经验,我们于1979年4月9日在紫金山东部松林区进行飞机喷施白僵菌液防治马尾松毛虫试验。 一、供试菌粉:安徽省来安县长山林场生产的白僵菌,每克含活孢子47亿。 二、菌液配制:每架次使用200斤菌粉+200斤水喷前进行浸泡过滤并加入0.1％洗衣粉。 三、飞行方式:在试验区四周及中间插信号旗,使用运五型飞机自东向西依次飞行喷药,每架次喷布面积约180亩,共6架次,防治1000余亩。
