通过剖析民族地区英语教师专业发展存在的问题,提出了提高民族地区英语教师专业化水平的策略:加强现代教育理论学习,转变教育观念;加强英语专业知识、技能学习,通过实训提高英语教学能力;加强校本课程开发研究,促进科研能力提升。
By analyzing the existing problems of professional development of English teachers in ethnic minority areas, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the professionalization of English teachers in ethnic minority areas: strengthening the theoretical study of modern education and changing the concept of education; strengthening English professional knowledge and skills learning; improving English teaching ability through practical training ; Strengthen research and development of school-based curriculum to promote scientific research capacity.
