对重庆市20多个典型机械制造企业进行去应力时效应用情况调研。结果表明,重庆市机械制造业消除零件残余应力的工艺主要为热时效,占90%以上;振动时效约占0.3%。目前的振动时效主要用于装备制造类产品,占整个机械行业所用比例的70%左右。热时效工艺60%以上可用振动时效工艺取代,如此每年重庆市可节电1.2×107kW.h,减少喷砂粉尘2000 t年/以上,获得直接经济效益约120万元/年以上。
Research on the application of stress relieving aging in more than 20 typical machinery manufacturing enterprises in Chongqing Municipality. The results show that the mechanical manufacturing industry in Chongqing to eliminate residual stress components mainly thermal aging, accounting for more than 90%; vibration aging accounts for about 0.3%. The current vibration aging is mainly used for equipment manufacturing products, accounting for the proportion of the entire machinery industry, about 70%. Over 60% of the thermal aging process can be replaced by the VSR process, so Chongqing can save 1.2 × 107kW.h each year, reduce sand blasting dust for 2000t years / year, and obtain direct economic benefits of about 1.2 million yuan / year.
