本文通过中试和生产性试验,对煤砂双层滤料滤池的气水反冲洗、表面助冲和单纯水洗进行了技术经济分析。表面助冲使双层滤料滤池的煤层得到有效的冲洗,对容易积泥的煤砂混层的冲洗效果不够理想。气水反冲洗能充分清洗整个滤层,使滤池的初始过滤水头损失降低26%,运行周期平均延长3h,周期产水量增加1276%,生产率提高121%,洗水率降低503%。和其它两种方法相比,它的冲洗耗水量和能耗量小,表面助冲次之。气水反冲洗和单纯水洗相比可节省冲洗水、电费54%。
In this paper, through the pilot test and production test, the technical and economical analysis of the gas-water backwashing, surface assisted flushing and pure water washing of the coal sand double filter media filter was carried out. Surface flushing allows effective flushing of the coal seam in the double-layer filter material filter, which is not ideal for flushing coal seams that are prone to sludge. Gas-water backwash can fully clean the entire filter layer, reduce the initial filter head loss of the filter tank by 26%, extend the operation cycle by an average of 3 hours, increase the cycle water production by 1276%, increase the productivity by 21%, and reduce the washing rate by 50 3%. Compared with the other two methods, its flushing water consumption and energy consumption are small, and surface flushing is second only. Air-water back flushing saves 54% of electricity and electricity costs compared to pure water washing.
