黎比希的學生時代黎比希Justus Liebig (1803—1873)是十九世紀著名的化学家,生於德國Darmstadt城的一個小家庭。父親是油漆商,设一小試驗室,故氏在幼年卽巳熟悉各種化學品。年十四入藥房當學徒,惟以向學情殷,對商業不感興趣,僅留十個月就辭出,先後在Bonn, Erlangen和巴黎大學研習化學。學成以後,先後在Giessen大學(一八二五年)及慕尼克大学(一八五二年)當化學教授;在一八四五年並受男爵的封号。他是化學教育的先進,世界各国幾無不以他的教授方法为典型。晚年大部份研究農業化學和生理化學,並主編Annalen雜誌。他在大學里讀書時候的幾封家信和他的親筆筆記,都可反映他在学生時代的志趣,現在摘述於后。 Justus Liebig (1803-1873), a student age of Lebis, was a famous 19th-century chemist born to a small family in Darmstadt, Germany. His father, a paint trader, has a small laboratory, so he is familiar with various chemicals at an early age. He was apprenticed as an apprentice in the fourteen pharmacies but was not interested in business. He quit for only ten months and studied chemistry at Bonn, Erlangen and the University of Paris. After graduation, he was a professor of chemistry at Giessen University (1825) and then at Munich University (1852); in 1845 he received the title of Baron. He is an advanced chemistry education, the world is almost no typical method of his professor. Most of his later years studied agro-chemistry and physiochemistry, and edited Annalen magazine. His personal letters and his handwritten notes when he was studying in college reflected his interest in the school days and are now summarized in the post.
