【目的】探讨单纯性肥胖儿童血压的变化及载脂蛋白E基因型多态性对血压的影响。【方法】采用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态性方法检测 12 6例单纯性肥胖儿童载脂蛋白E基因型 ,并按常规方法测定血压 ,以健康非肥胖儿童作为对照。【结果】与对照组比较 ,单纯性肥胖儿童收缩压和舒张压明显增高 ,且随肥胖程度的加重而加重。携带ε4等位基因的健康儿童 ,收缩压、舒张压较ε3及ε2等位基因携带者为高 ;而在肥胖儿童 ,ε3等位基因携带者收缩压、舒张压较ε4及ε2等位基因携带者为高。但经统计学处理 ,差异均无显著性。【结论】单纯性肥胖儿童血压增高 ,载脂蛋白E等位基因 (apoε)对健康儿童及单纯性肥胖儿童血压无明显影响
【Objective】 To investigate the changes of blood pressure and the effect of apolipoprotein E polymorphism on blood pressure in simple obesity children. 【Methods】 The PCR-RFLP method was used to detect the apolipoprotein E genotype of 126 simple obese children. The blood pressure was measured by the routine method, and healthy non-obese children were used as the control. Results Compared with the control group, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of simple obesity children increased significantly, and aggravated with the aggravation of obesity. In healthy children with ε4 allele, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were higher than those with ε3 and ε2 alleles. In obese children, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were higher than those of ε4 and ε2 alleles High for. However, the statistics showed no significant difference. 【Conclusion】 BP increased in obese children with obesity, and apoε had no significant effect on blood pressure in healthy children and simple obesity children
