高职旅游专业是旅游行业人才重要培养基地,其教育是否成功直接影响到旅游行业的发展和毕业生的职业生涯发展。笔者认为高职院校实施职业化班级创建有助于学生专业技能、通用能力和创新实践能力的全方位培养,有助于提高学生的综合素质,有助于保障行业发展的人才后劲和学生的职业生涯发展,是实现学校与职业的“无缝”对接培养目标的有效途径。
Higher vocational tourism is an important training base for tourism industry professionals, and its success in education directly affects the development of tourism industry and graduates’ career development.
