消化道恶性肿瘤中,以上皮组织来源的癌为主,而其他组织来源者相对少见,但其症状多样,易误诊。在诊断、治疗和术后处理上都有其特点。本文总结分析了黑龙江省肿瘤医院和哈尔滨市第五医院1971～1991年20年间收治的消化道非上皮性恶性肿瘤127例临床病理资料。报告如下。1 临床病理资料 我们共搜集消化道恶性肿瘤中的127例非上皮性恶性肿瘤作临床病理分析,占3.4％。127例中男性82例,女性45例;年龄13岁～80岁,平均52.7岁。

The report is as follows. 1 Clinical and pathological data We collected a total of 127 non-epithelial malignancies in digestive tract malignancies for clinical pathological analysis, accounting for 3.4%. In 127 cases, there were 82 males and 45 females; the age ranged from 13 years to 80 years, with an average of 52.7 years.
