该项研究在真空炉中进行。分析了转子产品在生产过程中钢和铜合金零件扩散焊存在的问题,列出主要原因后采取相应工艺措施,提高了产品的合格率,并摸索出了不合格品的返修工艺。
The study was conducted in a vacuum oven. The problems existing in the diffusion welding of steel and copper alloy parts in the production process of the rotor products are analyzed. After the main reasons are listed, the corresponding technical measures are taken to improve the qualified rate of the products and the rework process of the nonconforming products is found out.
