制备了活性分离层厚度为1~10μm的PPVA/PAN渗透汽化复合膜,并将其用于乙醇/水恒沸混合物的分离及乙酸和正丁醇酯化制乙酸正丁酯的酸催化反应过程.实验中发现,所制备的复合膜具有很好的热稳定性和抗溶剂性,并具有非常高的水渗透选择性和适宜的通量.在所考察的工艺条件下,乙酸的转化率和乙酸正丁酯的收率在较短的操作时间内即可达到或接近100%.
PPVA / PAN pervaporation composite membrane with active separation layer thickness of 1 ~ 10μm was prepared and used for the separation of azeotropic mixture of ethanol / water and the acid-catalyzed reaction of acetic acid and n-butanol to n-butyl acetate. The experiment found that the prepared composite membrane has good thermal stability and solvent resistance, and has a very high water permeability selectivity and appropriate flux. Under the investigated process conditions, the conversion of acetic acid and the yield of n-butyl acetate can reach or close to 100% in a short operating time.
