目的探讨在手术室中应用全程无缝隙护理模式的临床效果。方法本次研究对象为我院手术室2016年1月至2017年1月收治的手术患者90例,随机分成两组,参照组(n=45)采用常规护理,实验组(n=45)采用全程无缝隙护理模式,对两组护理满意度进行客观比较。结果实验组护理满意度为97.8%(28/45),高于参照组84.4%(19/45)(P<0.05)。结论在手术室中应用全程无缝隙护理模式临床效果优良,有推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying full seamless nursing model in operating room. Methods 90 cases of surgical patients admitted to our operating room from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The reference group (n = 45) received routine nursing. The experimental group (n = 45) The whole seamless nursing model, an objective comparison of two groups of nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.8% (28/45), which was higher than that of the reference group (84.4%, 19/45) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of full seamless nursing model in the operating room has good clinical effect and promotion value.
