采用分光光度法对制剂中的麻黄碱含量为指标进行了含量测定 ,方法回收率为99.42 % ,RSD=3.63%。每克杏菀止咳颗粒中含麻黄以盐酸麻黄碱计 ,不得少于 1 .8mg。方法准确 ,专属性强。
Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of ephedrine in the preparation. The recovery rate of the method was 99.42% and the RSD was 3.63%. The amount of ephedra contained in each gram of apricot and cough granule is ephedrine hydrochloride, which shall not be less than 1.8 mg. The method is accurate and specific.
